Details on Developer week hackathon 2024

Hi, I checked out the requirements, and most of the questions were answered but there are a few things I would like to have clarity on, starting with it says submission is open from 5th Feb till the 23rd. What exactly does this mean for eg. will this be a timeline to submit the project and within this period we need to create and submit the project? Second, since it's happening in Oakland do we have to adhere to their timeline since there is a time zone difference? Is there a specific thing we need to build in this hackathon? or could it be anything? like what is the cause that we are trying to drive in this? Also, since it's online & in person, during the submission time which is on the 22nd I believe do we physically have to present. And if this is not the right form to ask this can you please direct me to an email id I can all these answer from.

    1. This 100% online , Virtual (This is not happening in Oakland, make sure you read the site clearly)
    2.Submission Ends by 21st Jan 2024
    3.You can take any use case and solve it , that will be helpful to the society. For example(you can imagine anything maybe not listed here), There is no restriction of the topic you are choosing. We are not liable for any data you are using, we will not use your work in any other form. This is to create awareness.
